Accepted Options

You can complete eligible gladcargo purchases through PayPal or one of these card networks: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

Cardholder Verification

Protecting checkout information is a priority. As described by our payment arrangement, gladcargo does not retain customers' full debit or credit card numbers or associated personal card details. Some transactions trigger a bank-managed 3D Secure identity check. You might be asked for a one-time passcode, a password, a fingerprint, or another authentication factor. Your card provider can explain the verification method it requires.

When the Transaction Does Not Go Through

An unsuccessful card order cannot simply be restored. To proceed, start a fresh checkout attempt.

Before Resubmitting

• Compare the entered card number and expiration date with the physical or digital card.

• Double-check the security digits printed on the card, normally three on its reverse.

• Ask the issuing institution whether a security rule or other restriction caused the rejection.

• If everything appears correct, choose a different accepted card or another payment option.

Banks handle problems arising during 3D Secure confirmation. For other error messages shown by our checkout, email the text or a description of the issue to our support team so we can look into it.
