Purchases Are Subject to Review

Submitting a checkout request does not guarantee that we will fulfill every quantity requested. gladcargo may reject a transaction, reduce the number of units, or void an order at its discretion. This may affect purchases linked by customer identity, household, account credentials, card used, or shared invoicing or destination details. We may also block activity that appears connected to commercial redistribution by dealers, distributors, or resellers.

How We Communicate Adjustments

Should an order be altered or withdrawn, we may use the contact details entered during checkout—including the email, billing contact, or phone number—to try to inform you.

Your Responsibility for Account Details

Please keep all information you give us for a purchase truthful, complete, and up to date. This includes the email used for correspondence and any payment-card number or expiry information associated with your account. Prompt corrections help prevent payment problems and allow us to reach you about a transaction.
