Reporting Possible Misuse

Creators and owners deserve control over their original work. gladcargo seeks to honor the legal protections attached to creative content, brand identities, and other protected assets. Should something advertised or published in our online shop appear to violate rights you hold, please bring it to our attention for review.

Send Your Report

Forward a notice to service@gladcargo.com. A useful submission identifies both the disputed listing and the rights on which your concern is based. To avoid unnecessary follow-up, please supply all of the details outlined here.

What We Need From You

• Verification of authority: a physical or digital signature from the owner or a representative empowered to act for that owner.

• Protected subject matter: enough detail to recognize the original creation, mark, or other property at issue.

• Disputed location: the exact webpage or listing where the content or product can be found, ideally through its URL.

• A way to reach you: your mailing address, phone contact, and working email address.

• Your belief about authorization: confirmation that, to the best of your knowledge and in good faith, the use was not permitted by the owner, an appointed agent, or the law.

• Rights identification: the applicable copyright, trademark, or similar entitlement, including registration information where relevant.

• Accuracy and ownership declaration: your affirmation, under penalty of perjury, that the details are true and that you own the exclusive right involved or may lawfully represent its owner.

After a Notice Arrives

We assess reports based on the material supplied and consider appropriate next steps once the allegation has been examined.
